Shipments are delivered by GLS courier and arrive within 48 hours, usually the next business day. Delivery may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances or holidays.

Yes, all products are safe for health with proper maintenance, cleaning, and storage.

All toys need to be washed thoroughly with mild soap and warm water before and after use. Washing foams and cleaning/disinfecting sprays specifically designed for cleaning toys can also be used for this purpose.

It is not recommended to use classic disinfectants, especially alcohol-based ones. The toy must be completely dry before storing to prevent the formation of fungus and mold.

It is advisable to use powder or starch to dust the toys, as this preserves the toy's structure and avoids the material becoming „sticky” due to improper storage.

If you have multiple toys, it's advisable to keep each one in a separate fabric bag. This is to avoid contact between them due to potential material reactions.

Unfortunately, for health and hygiene reasons, used products cannot be exchanged.
