Shipping and Packaging

During the ordering process, you will need to select your preferred delivery or pickup method, and consequently, your preferred payment method.

For Osijek and its suburbs (Herbs, Tenja, Čepin, Višnjevac, and Sarvaš) Delivery can be done by GLS delivery service and taxi delivery. It is possible to pick up your order in person at the store.

For the rest of Croatia, delivery is possible via GLS courier service to the delivery address or a selected Parcel Locker or ParcelShop.

GLS delivery service delivers packages within 48 hours of shipment pickup, and payment can be made by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or credit card through the Pay Way system.

Orders received on weekdays by 10:30 AM are shipped the same day, while orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.. GLS does not deliver shipments on weekends, i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. You will receive an SMS notification about the expected delivery time before delivery.

If the selected payment method is cash on delivery, shipments will be sent upon receipt of the order, and we will notify you via email with your shipment number so you can track it through the GLS Track&Trace system.

For the chosen payment method of direct bank transfer, or via the Pay Way system, the order will be sent upon receipt of payment to our account, or upon receipt of online transaction authorization. After the shipment has been sent, you will also be notified by email about your shipment number.

For shipments valued up to €40, delivery via GLS courier service incurs a shipping cost of €4.65 per shipment.

If you chose the taxi delivery method, payment can only be made by direct bank transfer or via the Pay Way system. Order delivery is within 45 minutes of receiving payment confirmation or funds credited to our bank account, or after receiving online authorization.

Taxi delivery is possible every day during regular business hours (weekdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM), except for Sundays, holidays, and public holidays. The cost of taxi delivery is €5.31 for Osijek, or €9.29 for suburban settlements (Bilje, Tenja, Čepin, Višnjevac, and Sarvaš).

Personal pickup of your order is possible every day except Sundays and holidays during regular business hours (weekdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

When placing an order, it is very important to provide the correct delivery address, email address, and contact phone number. If the last name on the doorbell or the entrance to the house or apartment is different from the last name provided in the order, it is necessary to state this detail in the notes.

All orders over €40 receive free shipping.

All items are discreetly packaged so that the contents are not visible. In the interest of your privacy, the envelope does not say anywhere that it is a sex shop, but rather that the sender is the company Secret d.o.o. Osijek.

If the delivered goods are returned due to the customer's delay in picking up the goods or refusal to accept the shipment, the company Secret d.o.o. has the right to charge the costs of shipping, packaging, and return of goods in the amount of €6.64.
