All toys need to be washed thoroughly with mild soap and warm water before and after use. Washing foams and cleaning/disinfecting sprays specifically designed for cleaning toys can also be used for this purpose.

It is not recommended to use classic disinfectants, especially alcohol-based ones. The toy must be completely dry before storing to prevent the formation of fungus and mold.

It is advisable to use powder or starch to dust the toys, as this preserves the toy's structure and avoids the material becoming „sticky” due to improper storage.

If you have multiple toys, it's advisable to keep each one in a separate fabric bag. This is to avoid contact between them due to potential material reactions.

Unfortunately, for health and hygiene reasons, used products cannot be exchanged.

To avoid such situations, familiarize yourself with the stimulation method of each product before purchasing, and study its description and dimensions. We strive to make all data as detailed and accurate as possible to simplify your purchase.
